Been a customer for 10 plus years and have always had great service.
I called to report a complaint about one of the trucks and the company called me a LIAR without even knowin which truck I was talking about. At the time that this truck passed us we were driving 60 in a no passing zone going up a hill. I called to report him and I was rudely spoken to by a man who proceeded to call me a liar and tell me he is watching the truck on GPS navigation without even asking which truck it was. The he got snippy with me and hung up on me. I know from this experience they clearly don't care about complaints about safety.
